It’s the start of a new week! Time to work hard, but also carve out some time every evening for relaxing.
QUICK THINGS TO DO TODAY:
- Make menu plans for the week; create grocery list
- Start the week off fresh – empty all trash cans and recycling, as needed
- Take a look over what you (and your kids) plan to wear this week. Clothes clean, pressed (if needed), buttons all on, threads snipped, the right socks and shoes handy?
- Think about something you’re looking forward to this week, and what you have to do to make it happen.
- Need to put your pet’s bowls and dishes in the dishwasher to sterilize them?
TODAY’S PROJECT: Catching Up
I just got back from a vacation, and I’m still working to tidy up the house. I have lots of vacuuming to do, mail to sort, floors to mop, and bathroom counters to wipe down.
I won’t spend all evening cleaning – it will take just an hour or so to finish these projects. Then I can settle in with my feet up to catch up on some shows my Tivo recorded while I was away.
